I would assume that most photographers have at least one book on their shelves to teach them about photography, whether it is from 50 years ago as you are pretty sure what you are doing or from last week because you are still learning, but how many of us have DVDs (or Videos)? As a tool for learning these are just as useful, so maybe we should consider them.
There are a wealth of photography DVDs and videos available to us who have been bitten by the photography bug. There are now DVDs and Videos on how to photograph almost any subject or on techniques for achieving desired results. Moreover, as the number of photography TV programmes rises many end up as collections of DVDs for you to watch whenever you want.
With the likes of you Tube out there more and more photographers are posting their own versions of reviews, or instructional videos. As with every other aspect of life there are websites where you can buy or view, admire or emulate visual works of these sorts.
As always we aim to provide as many links as we can, but if you find some that we have missed, please let us know and we will endeavour to add them where possible.
Producers - If you would like a review of your DVDs to appear in the Fatphotographer review section then please contact us via the feedback forms.
